Marisa Contreras

Marisa is thrilled to be employed as an Optometric Technician at Bright Eyes. In December of 2022, she graduated with honors distinction from the University of South Florida with a BS in Health Sciences and Nutrition. Beginning in January of 2023, she worked as an Ophthalmic Technician specializing in retina. There, her primary objective was to advocate for patients, ensuring none of them felt like a time slot during their appointment.

In the transition to Optometric Technician in December of 2024, Marisa sought to provide patients with the same time, energy, and effort. While in the office, she enjoys talking to patients and helping younger children conquer their fears during their first eye exams. When out of the office, Marisa can be found sewing and crafting.
