At Bright Eyes we provide the highest quality service to all our patients. We have implemented online scheduling to make it easier for you to select an appointment that matches your schedule.

At this time, the online scheduler is available for annual comprehensive eye exams (with or without contacts), at Bright Eyes Family (Westchase), for Dr. Sylvester and Dr. Chambers. If that describes you, click here.

To quickly assist you, please list the reason for your apppointment in the "notes" section.

Please do not use the online scheduler if you (or your child):

• Are age 6 or younger

• Were referred by another doctor or OT

• Have a rapidly worsening prescription (myopia)

• Have a lazy eye or eye turn

• Have special needs
