OK, so this video is from the last century. Specifically 1999. But although it is not cutting edge, the first segment does a great job of demonstrating some elements of infant visual development and shows how visual scientists construct experiments to understand infants vision.

No kidding about finding anything on Youtube. This weekend, my 2 year old kept asking to see “baby eating muffin.” And you know what, we had quite a few videos to choose from that fit that description. Mostly she loves Elmo videos and the Kleine Kuh von Malibu (too tired to try to add links right now).
